Today’s Wellness Wednesday was thrilled to welcome featured speaker Bernadette Hudgins, founder of Golden Connection Senior Services for an important conversation about how to stay safe online and avoid technology scams — a “buyer beware” refresher we could all use right now, especially for our most vulnerable. Hudgins provided steps users should take to make sure websites are reputable, and how to respond to unknown callers requesting sensitive information from them. Attendees also learned from each others’ personal experiences being targets for scams.
