We’re back! For the second time this year, ATTH will be helping stock up the store room at Motown Soup, the all-volunteer nonprofit that produces and packages dry soups and other mixes to raise funds for the needy. Motown Soup requested our team of volunteers to return in part because of how quickly and efficiently we completed March’s project: In three hours, ATTH produced and packaged 1,420 mixes, which beat our 2018 effort of 1,200 (not that we’re counting!)
All proceeds from the sale of Motown Soup products benefit homeless shelters, soup kitchens and food pantries. For the last two years, SAY Detroit’s food program at its SAY Play Center has been a benefit of Motown Soup funding.
