We’re joining SAY Detroit’s Working Homes/Working Families program for a special one-day volunteer event.

Volunteer muscle will be working on three different projects in one on March 26th.

The project on Feb. 5, 2022 will involve packaging soup mixes and other items to help restock and replenish Motown Soup’s shelves.

We’ll be doing a deep cleaning and re-organizing of the storefront and storage room of Detroit Water Ice Factory

We’ll be doing two projects at the facility – one outside and one inside. The inside one will involve a deep cleaning and organization of the kitchen. The outside project will involve light landscaping, including some planting, and general clean-up of the grounds.

In two staggered shifts, volunteers will be packaging boxes of food and delivering to seniors around the city.
