November 2013 Volunteer Project

A Time to Help Volunteers partnered with The Greening of Detroit and the Detroit Water and Sewage Department to bring together over 160 volunteers on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Volunteers planted more than 120 trees along Pierson and Braile from 7 Mile Road to Pembroke Avenue.

For 15 years…. You’ve volunteered, scrubbed floors and painted walls, You’ve planted trees and boxed up food, You’ve torn down crumbling walls. But now’s the time to take a break and ponder what you’ve done, It’s party time for A Time to Help, so please enjoy some fun!
