Mitch Albom, Lions QB Matthew Stafford and Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan gathered at a press conference on January 27, 2015 to announce an innovative motivational learning program S.A.Y. Detroit Play Center. It will house sports and academic facilities that serve the academic, social and physical fitness needs of under-served youth in Detroit.
